ZOROY Luxury Chocolate, Set of 2 Sesame and Sea Salt,  70% Dark chocolate, 58 grams each. This particular chocolate is a variant from our PURIST range of Bean to Bar chocolates. It contains Organic Cacao beans from the Malabar forest and is mixed with organic cane sugar to create chocolate. Roasted Sesame seeds along with Arabian Sea Salt are added to bring out a beautiful crunch along with a harmony of flavours.                                                   ZOROY has crafted this range of fine PURIST chocolates, with the mindset of delivering chocolates which are made from organic beans, are minimally processed in small batches and only clean ingredients are used. No artificial flavours, no colours, no preservatives, no emulsifiers.  There is an effort to maximise the usage of organic ingredients so that the chocolates can be relished as a true Superfood.        We carefully select our cacao beans and roast them at particular temperatures to bring out the flavours.  After roasting the whole beans, they're broken into pieces which we call nibs. Cocoa nibs are the pure heart and soul of every cocoa bean. This is then converted to chocolate liquor and conched for days to bring out the perfect profile. Then the chocolate is tempered meticulously. They are then moulded into our Signature bars and packed off neatly to let you relish the deliciousness for a little longer. The feel of each little bite is that of rich cocoa along with the crunch of sesame and balance of Sea salt instantly transports you to the world of pleasure.
